Citizens of the states, as mentioned earlier, can enter Dubai without a visa and stay for a maximum 90 or 180 days on a single entry. Apart from the countries as mentioned above, all foreign nationals need to apply online to get a visa for Dubai.

Is Dubai visa on arrival for India?

Visa on arrival is issued to a few countries across the world by the UAE government. Indian citizens can also get visa on arrival for 14 days stay in Dubai. The documents required are;

  • Valid passport for up to 6 months
  • Recent passport size colored photo.
  • Complete filled application form.

The fee for visa on arrival is AED 100. If you want to renew your visa, it will cost you AED 250 and a stay for another 14 days. But you can renew your visa one time only.

How much does it cost to get a visa for Dubai?

The cost for Dubai visa varies depending on the type of visa you are applying. And it also undergoes modifications with changing economic conditions. Some of the visa types along with their costs are;

  • Tourist visa (30 days) $96.59 including service charges and the visa fee.
  • Transit visa (96 hours) $40.55 and includes visa fee along with service charges.
  • Forty-eight hours visa $24.92 with no visa fee.
  • Visit visa (90 days) $196.91 and covers service charges and the visa fee.
  • Short visa with multiple entries $206.44, the charges cover visa fee and service charges.

For some countries, they require a security deposit which is refunded to the customers’ account once he leaves the city. The security deposit is $272.50 for each type of visa.
